    I have trouble with my account. cant log in

    We've detected some activity that violates our Microsoft Services Agreement and have locked your account.

    How to appeal this and unlock your account

    Choose Next and we'll send a verification code to your phone. After you enter the code, you can get back into your account.

    When i try get verificantion code: Try another verification method

    That verification method isn't working right now. Please try another method.

    and click on Request a Call - that is, if you're in the
    US. If you're from another country, substitute its country code for the uppercase
    US, i.e., GB for the UK,
    AU for Australia, CA for Canada,
    NZ for New Zealand and
    ZA vier Suid-Afrika.

    Like I said, do you have access to the gamertag on your Xbox 360 Console, please follow the steps in the above post. Step by step, please read it.
