    I have tried to get back in contact with Support and cannot - how do I get a response?


    I contacted support last week over a faulty product within opening the product and the support employee told me one thing and what to definitely not do, etc. He also stated he would email me or give me a call when the escalation goes through. I got an email from Microsoft (separately) telling me to do the exact opposite of what Support told me to do and I replied to that email/tried calling support/tried getting a call back at least 6 times now. I do not know what to do as I never got an email or a call back regarding what Support told me on the phone and I cannot get anyone to contact me or answer me regarding the directly contradicting email. Does anyone have a way to get a call back or reach Support?

    I have used that to try and contact them with no luck that is why I am asking the community with a way to contact them as they have not/will not give me a call back or response.

    Again, all of this has been tried and I have not been able to contact anyone or get a response. This has been going on for multiple days now not just today.
