    I have tried over and over to upgrade my solitaire with no luck. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it over and over and rebooted my computer between times. I have never had so much trouble spending$12. If I didn't like the game so much I would have quit.

    I am trying to go Premium on Microsoft Solitaire. I have uninstalled the game, and reinstalled it and I keep getting the same message over and over to uninstall it and reinstall it. So, what do I do now?

    Solitaire keeps crashing after re-installing

    I have uninstalled and reinstalled Solitaire Collection about 10 times now. I tried restarting my PC before and/or after, but Solitaire keeps crashing. What is the problem?

    Solitaire Collection will not load after April 2018 Windows Update

    Same problem here with the Solitaire Collection. It started crashing on May 1st. Before that it was the Ultimate Word Games that quit working for almost two weeks.

    I have uninstalled and reinstalled Solitaire with no success as yet. Haven't tried the Mahjong since uninstalling it over a year ago over a similar connection problem.

    BTW, I DO NOT have Premium Edition. So, I have no idea why that showed up when it tried to login this last time.

    Getting back old gamertag after purchasing a new computer.

    I appreciate it...but I did. I have spent over 4 hours trying to get some answers that work. I even uninstalled Microsoft Solitaire Collection and re-installed. It didn't help. But thanks anyway.
