I have tried all debit cards but none of them is accepted by Microsoft it is too annoying...

Me too it's annoying I have tried everything! I wanted to see if it was my debit card I was using so i tried 2 more but still nothing. I wonder if it's because of it being a debit card?

At first, we tried to use a prepaid card in conjunction with a debit, but when that didn’t work we tried using only debit, then only credit. None of those worked. We checked the region of our Microsoft account and it is correct.

We’ve pretty much tried everything on the troubleshooting checklist on the website and none of it worked.

Microsoft payment options are

• Credit cards
• Prepaid credit cards
• Debit cards (not available in all regions)
• PayPal accounts (not available in all regions)
• Direct debit (Germany only)

Dotpay is not a form of payment accepted by Microsoft. So i can only assume you made your purchase from another retailer. Please contact them for assistance.

And how do I do it? Because I don't have a debit card from India. I have a card but you don't want to accept it from the microsoft store.

i owe microsoft £14.99 which i have in my debit card, i want to pay them the money so i can play xbox live but nothing is happening i tried what you said but that didnt work, i updated my debit card on the billing microsoft page but all it said was we will
attempt collection on you anniversary date. what does that mean?
