    I have tried all debit cards but none of them is accepted by Microsoft for purchase game pass for my x box series s

    . It is too annoying please guide me to solve this payment problem.

    And even i purchase game pass from Amazon, but to active that there's need of debit card info.

    Me too it's annoying I have tried everything! I wanted to see if it was my debit card I was using so i tried 2 more but still nothing. I wonder if it's because of it being a debit card?

    At first, we tried to use a prepaid card in conjunction with a debit, but when that didn’t work we tried using only debit, then only credit. None of those worked. We checked the region of our Microsoft account and it is correct.

    We’ve pretty much tried everything on the troubleshooting checklist on the website and none of it worked.

    Microsoft payment options are

    Payment options include:

    • Credit cards
    • Prepaid credit cards
    • Debit cards (not available in all regions)
    • PayPal accounts (not available in all regions)
    • Direct debit (Germany only)

    Dotpay is not a form of payment accepted by Microsoft. So i can only assume you made your purchase from another retailer. Please contact them for assistance.
