We understand that you're unable to join multiplayer Minecraft.



This issue may have been caused by settings in Minecraft that need to be changed. Or it may also be a problem with yor Microsoft account. So let us work together as a team to get to the bottom of this. But to better assist you I need to ask:



1) Are you playing Minecraft on multiple devices?



2) If only one device which it is? A computer? A mobile device? An Xbox console?



3) Do you get an error message or code when you join multiplayer Minecraft? Can you provide us a photo of that error?



4) From the device you’re having this issue, can you tell me if you’re getting all green checkmarks when visiting the following link?

Yessir, I was after I replied.

And currently, with old xbox with my GT active..trying to play minecraft..it still says multi-player isn't allowed.

And tried knockout city and that joined a game straight away.

I have the same issue the screen is dark and when the second player tries to play minecraft on their own the issue carries on. its not the controller.

I had to delete my account and set up a new one. after I had deleted all traces of minecraft from my account. this fixed it. but the next time we tried to multi play it happened again

I checked my profile on Xbox.com for Privacy Settings on Xbox One that allows for Multi-Player and it is checked as Allowed so that is not the issue either I presume,
