    I have to restart my Laptop anytime I want to go into an xbox party.


    Just as the title says, I have to restart my laptop every time I want to go into an Xbox party. after I restart my laptop, it'll allow me to go into xbox parties but after a while of not using the xbox party, whenever I go into a party, I can't hear any audio from my friends and they can't hear me. this has only started recently and it really goddamn annoying, I've tried looking for a solution but have come up empty. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Once the download is complete, I am able to launch the game but as soon as I restart my computer, the game is no more in my library while the files are still on my laptop but when I go on the Xbox app, Ihave to download again and none of my games shows up

    Thanks SFAL, i am surely going to try those things. One thing i forgot: I have my laptop and xbox on the same internet cable. which means i sometimes have the cable in my laptop, but sometimes i put in in my xbox instead when i want to play online. Could
    it be that the router gets confused if i quickly change the cable from the laptop to the Xbox? Or could a broken cable be the cause of my problems?
