    I have to buy the FH5 hotwheels pack, even though I've already bought it before.


    About a year ago, i bought the hotwheels pack on forza horizon 5. recently i re installed the game and now its prompting me to buy it again even though I've bought it before. can i get any help with restoring my purchase?

    If you are sure that the DLCs were bought in the account you are trying to install them from, but are still unable to do it, i really suggest contacting Support directly so they can investigate what is going on, okay?

    Try selecting: Games & Apps > I can't find a game, DLC, Consumible > Select the console > Describe your issue.

    Forza Horizon 5 DLC not working in game even though I have it downloaded and purchased

    I am experiencing the same issue. I have purchased the FH5 Premium Addon months ago and have even played FH5 Hotwheels last week and even yesterday when playing on my Xbox Series X console. Today when loading into the game it refuses to recognize that. It loads up the Hotwheels intro then takes you to a purchase screen which clearly shows the Premium Addon purchased.

    I purchased the FH5 Premium Addon through the Xbox Store to go along with my GamePass Ultimate subscription. I am the primary GPU subscriber. My Series X console is marked as my Home Console too. Everything was working fine yesterday but today it's broken.

    I have attempted every step listed in that DLC Troubleshooting guide but it remains broken.

    It is beyond frustrating to be locked out of content you have already purchased.

    Here in Sweden as well. No accessory and skin packs separately, though, so if you already bought the combo pack they expect you to buy the game again.
