I am having a similar problem, ever since Christmas gta v won't launch, it keeps telling me "check your connection" and when I look at the game in the market place it is displaying the price as if I don't own it.

Open Accounts

Click Sign-in Options

Scroll down to Privacy

Uncheck "Use my sign-in info to automatically finish setting up my device and reopen my apps after an update and restart."

Restart your PC
