    xbox series x/s controller

    i have this problem which it’s always disconnecting random times but when it disconnects it vibrates then it connects sometimes it keeps doing it like every min. But other times it does it like every 10 ish mins it’s annoying .

    i did a hard reset on my console. i check for any updates on console and controller . console needed nothing but there was a controller update and it’s done and now i don’t know what to do i need help please.

    I have 2 controllers. One that is wired, and I have separate controller that is wireless. When I plug in my wireless controller it doesn't turn on, and it makes my other wired controller which is plugged in turn off. The wired one works fine by itself. but
    once the wireless one is plugged in it doesnt work. What could be the problem?

    I am using the original xbox one model

    Yes the controller will randomly disconnect by itself. It also turned off when I plugged in one of my headsets.

    The controller I mentioned is the normal xbox series controller.

    Yes I updated the controller and the problem still continues.

    Hey ,

    I have this same problem. But a quick thing I do to fix it is by unplugging my controller/ turning it off, take out the mic, turn the controller back on and plug the mic back in. Works every time for me, hope it does for you.
    I have the wireless headset not the wired one.

    thats the same as me, the controller turns off for like a second, turns back on then my mic chat doesnt work but i can hear everyone else.. i unplug it, plug it back in x3-8 and then it starts to work again until my controller turns off randomly again..
    soooo annoying.
