i have the Xbox one glitch rematch controller for my xbox and when I open the app for it...

We understand that you are trying to use the Xbox One Glitch Rematch Controller. Let us check on this together and sort this out in timely manner.

Based on your description, you were stuck on sign up part in PDP app. We would like to suggest you try few troubleshooting you can try.

Try power cycle console:

1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
   
2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
   Important Be sure to wait at least 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
   
3. Plug the console power cable back in.
   
4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

Followed by checking Xbox Network and making sure there is no error message:

• Kindly go to Xbox Console's Settings.
  
• Select Network and Network Settings.
  
• Look for NAT Type.

Next, launch PDP app and see if you were still experiencing the issue. If yes, then uninstall and reinstall PDP app.

Can't rematch my friends. The program goes straight to email when I try to rematch with friends? Any of you see this too?

Sorry, not mobile app, using app on Xbox one. When I have my headset plugged into my xbox one controller, I press play it closes the app. When no headset plugged in it plays fine.? Please help Thanx

As stated in my question I'm not using pc. I'm using my phone. But yes both my app and controller software is up to date. I have also tried different browser and usb cable. Neither work. My controller and phone are fine. It's a cloud gaming issue. I can use my controller to play my Xbox. And it works on my phone and to navigate Xbox apps but as soon as my game loads it switches to touch controls even though it states I can use controller or touch. But when the game is open I don't get the choice to use my controller it automatically goes to touch. I can use the Xbox button on my controller to open Xbox menu and use that fine with the controller but it doesn't work in-game
