    I have the RIG 800 that won't turn off


    I think they are the **** for Xbox One and Win 10 PC. They have worked perfectly from Christmas 2020 but last night went to turn them off and will no power off message, the switch has been in the off position all night and blue light still on solid. I turned the computer off unplugged the receiver restarted the computer plugging the receiver back in the head phones are still connected and work with no not connected or connected messages. Can anyone give me some ideas on this please

    Maybe someone with the same headset can share an idea but I recommend contacting your headset manufacturer to see if it's possible to update the device or do some hard reset.
