I have the microsoft Game pass ultimate on my android phone

Sorry for the intrusion... Hard to find stuff here.

I have Game Pass Ultimate, xbox live gold.. for close to 20 years.. I am a little angry not being able to access the cloud to play/stream on my samsung s20 ultra, feel left out as a paying customer. Play store just says it's not available in my country(Iceland),
can't find it on Galaxy store.

I can get same service from other companies.. like Nvidia Now and more; why does MS make this so difficult an so mega unfair?

The Game Pass app needs an update to use Xcloud. Once you update the app, it should show the cloud as one of the options.

it allows me to see the cloud now, but I still am being told I can't do any of the quests until I get Game Pass Ultra (which I already have). I've tried restarting the app, the phone, and everything else.

It depends, are you referring to play via cloud gaming or remote play?

If it’s via cloud gaming, you only have one Xbox series X and your son has his own account (not the one with ultimate)

But if both of you share the same account and there is only one console. Nope, is not possible in that way and with remote play

I'm using android version 11, I've tried the game pass app and the game pass beta app, and my account has game pass ultimate. This problem only exists on my Galaxy S20 FE phone, but everything works fine on my Galaxy Tab A tablet. UPDATE: As of today, the GAME PASS app says INSTALL TO for all games, and the GAME PASS BETA app shows the PLAY button darkened and not working for all games.
