I have the game FM23 on my Xbox One X/S and after a few games i get the message failed to...

One of my 360's (yes I have two), has that AP25 challenge failed, and it can still get on Live no problem.

I remember when it happened too, I put in one of the Assasin Creed games (can't remember which version) in, and it said that the game was unplayable after a few seconds. Then I ejected, and I put it back in and after that it was fine. My XVAL on that
xbox has the same message (failed ap25 challenge), but I'm still on live. It only happened once though.

Maybe if it happens multiple times you are banned? No idea.

But if it's so easy to get marked as "Failed ap25 challenge", I hope that MS is not banning people just off of that.

In the meantime, maybe try cloud gaming? I have seen videos online about the Xbox One X failing after a short time. This sounds like you've had it for a while. If you can't do cloud gaming or if nothing else works, I would try selling it and then buying an Xbox Series S. The Xbox Series X costs about $299.99 (or you can get it for $24.99 a month with Xbox All Access which also includes Game Pass Ultimate), and it is slightly less powerful than the Xbox One X, but it has an SSD which makes games load way faster. Plus, there have not been many reports of it failing either. I don't see how your Xbox One X would work unless it got checked out by a technician or something.
