i have the full fc25 game but can only play showcase

Kindly sign in first to your friend's account and see if you can play the game with no issue at all. If so, please try to remove both your accounts this way.

To remove your profile

1. Select Settings.

2. Go to Account.

3. Choose Remove accounts.

4. Select your account and remove it.

NOTE: Make sure you know the email address and password for your profile before removing it from the console.

Next, press and hold the Power button on the front of your Xbox until the console turns off.

Unplug everything from the back of your Xbox.

Wait 3 minutes, and then plug the power cord and HDMI back in.

To redownload your profile:

1. Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.

2. Select Sign in.

3. Go to Add & Manage.

4. Choose Add New.

5. Enter your Microsoft account email address and password.

I'm sorry you are experiencing issues playing FC25.

May I ask when did you install this game? The full version of EA FC25 has not been released as part of the Game Pass Ultimate catalog. Currently, the only ways to play this game with an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription are 1) Using EA Play's 10-hour trial or 2) Downloading EA FC25 Showcase.

This game was just recently featured in Xbox "Free Play Days", which allowed Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, Standard, and Core members to try the full version of EA FC25 and other EA games from Thursday January 16 at 12:01am Pacific until Sunday, January 19 at 11:59 Pacific.

If you downloaded the game during its "Free Play Days", it would explain why you are only able to play EA FC25 Showcase now.

Is it full ? You can only have 5 images on your showcase at any one time,not sure how many clips you can have.

For the past 2 days now my Showcase has stopped working. When I look at my Showcase it is empty, when it is was full before. I did the power cycle reset thing about 20 times...and still no go.

My showcase was full 2 days ago. I even tried adding stuff to my showcase...and I get a message saying "Please try again later". I must have tried adding items about 500 times...still no luck.

Is my Showcase stored on a cloud? Is the cloud server that stores my Showcase broken?

Since/around the time the system was hacked over the holidays I cleared my showcase to update it, it cleared the videos but is telling me my showcase is still full, is there a solution to this? My only Xbox one problem ATM. On a side note, will it ever be
possible to do/get a trade in value for downloaded games?
