Xbox App streaming stutters and freezes

When Streaming from my Xbox one to my windows 10 PC via the Xbox app the stream begins to stutter/freeze and becomes nearly unusable. This only happens if I don't have the bandwidth overlay turned on. If it is on it works perfectly and I have no problems
at all. having to play with the overlay on all the time is very annoying any help would be great.

XBox Gaming Overlay Error

Ok this is my last ditched effort on trying to figure out this error I have been getting with the XBox gaming overlay.

Every now and then I can record my games no problem, but there have been cases where the gaming overlay will try to record the game I'm on and after about 10 seconds it will stop and give me the following error:

Recording isn't working

Error: 2184327175

I have tried looking up the error code on line as well as in the error code look up and got basically nothing. I have tried to end the task for the gaming overlay, still didn't work. I had to resort to restarting my laptop to get it to work but I really
didn't want to have to do that.

Does anyone have any information on this code and what to do about it?

I just fix this problem by disabling Discord in-game overlay (Setting -> Overlay)

It interesting that the other programs that have this feature, such as Overwolf or RTSS , do not cause this problem

I shouldn't have to have anything overlaying for the party chat to work. All the time up to now, I never had anything overlaying while I played, with no problems. But all of a sudden, if I don't have it overlaying, my friends can't hear me? I CAN STILL HEAR MY FRIENDS BUT THEY CANNOT HEAR ME.

I wouldn't know what the free to play games are. I have Xbox, Xbox game speech window. Xbox overlay and Xbox Live listed under the heading Apps and Features. Are these apps games?

I am having the exact same problem and would love to see how to fix this! I love the voice controls and xbox overlay for my cable but the lagging is really annoying!
