Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

Let's install the game digitally by following the steps below:

1. Cancel the installation and remove the disc.

2. Perform a powercycle on your console.

​​​A. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

B. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

3. Launch Xbox app on your phone and search for the game.

4. Click the game and choose "Download to Console"

5. Wait for the game to install completely before inserting the disc to play it.

ive tried a disc repair kit

the xbox finally loads the game but most of the textures are missing

the player shows up and a few buildings but thats about it

ive had the xbox unplugged for about a week and had the disc drive cleaned but still no textures

ive tried cleaning the system cache 3 times in a row

and still no textures

If it still isn't fixed I recommend getting a disc tray cleaning disc I was having this same problem and I just used the cleaning disc and it was all better.

When I put my disc in the xbox 360 it loads, shows the loading screen and the pops up a message to clean the disc with a soft cloth then restart the console. So I did that but it still doesn't work.

P.S- The disc doesn't even show me the main menu.

Thanks TheyCallMeBlitz but I already tried that. I also just tried cleaning the disc but it's still freezing after loading a saved game.
