Correct. So a little more in-depth. My old account (ApricotSauce87) was when I used to play XB1 years ago. Now I play on PC with the GamePass, and had issues accessing my account when doing so, figured it was just easiest to start over. I now have LordeHelixx1987 as my gamertag that was still able to be made as if I never had an account before. Somehow, and I don't recall how, I managed to have it on my old PC. On my new one, using the same e-mail, it logs me into the ApricotSauce87 account. I even had went to account settings from the XBOX app on both computers side by side. Shows the same account for my Live login, etc. as well as the same e-mail. When logging into my older PC to play on GamePass, it logs me into the LordeHelixx1987 as it should, but when doing the exact same thing on my new one, it logs me into the ApricotSauce87. I have verified everywhere that I can find that it is the same e-mail login.

Are you accessing this link through a PC or Mobile phone? And is your Switch on the same network as the device you are using to attempt to log into your account? I would recommend making sure that the device and the Switch are on the same network. In addition, if this is a new Microsoft Account, I would recommend making sure you can log into it online in a browser and double check your security settings if necessary.

I have the same Problem with Dark Souls.

I have a new PC and downloaded the Game from Steam, when I try to log in with my live account i get the same error message.

It worked on my old PC and i do not have another live account and will definitely not spend the money again for another product key.
