I have still not received my $75 in credit for buying a Xbox One in the month of July

Back in July, I got an ad on my 360 that said if I upgraded to a Xbox One in the month. I purchased it in July at Best Buy with Titanfall. I contacted MS that day to find out exactly what day it would come in. They said it would come in via the messages
app and/or email at some point before August 15th and they made me set my home console as well. Fast forward today, nothing has been sent to me. I contacted MS again and they said it is an issue with Xbox Live Rewards. Now, by someone else on the XBLR forum,
I was redirected here. Can anyone help? this is kinda frustrating seeing how I upgraded earlier than I wanted to get this credit on the store.

$75 xbox promo - not received

I have still not received the $75 promo credit OR any correspondence regarding it.

Promotion Details: I received the Xbox one upgrade promo on July 8th stating that if I upgraded to an Xbox one before the end of July and activated it on my account that I would receive a $75 promo credit.

Date of Purchase: I purchased the Xbox one brand new at eb games on July 9th and immediately went home and activated it with my profile

Promo Items not received: The $75 promo credit that I was offered

You didn't register your Xbox for warranty didn't you read the fine print ??
