    I have spent well over 3 hundred dollars for the month of November and I have yet to see it reflected in my rewards points or star level and I know with the purchases I made my rank should be 4 or higher so please fix this thanks

    and do not call yourself closing down my thread before I have said everything I need to say like you did my other one ok because this is not the same one I posted two threads agago because I purchased a lot of games like the Ultimate Edition of Horizon 3,Forza Horizon
    3 Expansion Pass,my order of Saints Row Metro Double Pack,Rare Replay,Life is Strange Complete Season (Episodes 1-5),Rise of the Tomb Raider Season Pass: Rise of the Tomb Raider: 20 Year Celebration

    Ok so you need to put the credits in my account for those and my other purchases that completed my missions that you haven't credited to my account and update my star rewards to lvl 5 ook

    (while reviewing your Rewards and purchases, I see that your November 2nd purchase did not properly update your FREEdom Rewards progress. We have escalated this issue to another team, and they are currently investigating this purchase.)

    (Support will double check your star level progress, but keep in mind that rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So it's too early to see credits pending for November purchases. )

    (Thank you but you guys also screwed up for October and had to go back and fix it in November and now here is December and the same thing needs to be fixed again)

    Don't even think about closing my thread before I've said my fill could you guys have a habit of trying to reply and then closing it so that the person can no longer reply to your messages and that's not how this is supposed to work

    We've looked into your purchases, and your total eligible purchases since your enrollment is $837.31, which puts you at Star level 2. Your total spend in November is $148.47, including your purchase of FH3 Expansion Pass ($24.99) which was not detected by
    our system. This missing purchase issue is being investigated. So excluding that purchase, your calculated November spend is $123.48. You were awarded 4800 payback Credits for your November purchases, which is 4% of $120 (since we award for every $10). We
    will adjust in payback Credits for the Expansion Pass, and your VIP progress will be updated once your missing purchase comes through our system. Per our FAQ, Level 3 threshold is $900, Level 4 threshold is $1200, and Level 5 threshold is $1800. Since your
    total comes to $837.31 for eligible purchases (pre-orders, gift cards, consumables excluded), you are correctly placed at Level 2.

    As mentioned repeatedly in your previous posts, most recently (https://forums.xbox.com/en-US/thread/8c744679-f6c6-4ffa-8a93-76ae1d4c7b65), in-game consumables are not
    eligible for MyVIP and do not award payback or progress. We have found that your purchase of Forza Horizon 3 Expansion Pass did not correctly go toward MyVIP payback, and will adjust your account for that purchase. You should see the Credit pending by the
    end of next week.

    We will investigate your account to see if there are any issues. However, as Smwutches says, MyVIP payback for November was only recently Rewarded, which was why it did not appear at the time of your initial post.
