    If you wish to use microwoft account credit you kust use an actual physical 360

    I'm assuming you're trying to make the purchase on the One or website. In order to use the funds to purchase the game, you would have to make the purchase on a 360 console. The One store has never been updated to work with the Microsoft account balance
    for backwards compatible content.
