    Microsoft has proven to me they do not care about me as a customer or else I would not have to take 14 hours of my own personal time, and speaking with 10, yes, TEN different Microsoft support agents to get this issue resolved. There
    is absolutely no reason that my issue with my license key has taken this long to resolve. Besides one reason.. there is something so hugely *** up with the license service that Microsoft honestly needs to own up to this massive fail, refund their customers,
    and give them the Ultimate edition they paid for initially. 14 hours of my time, and 14 hours of different Microsoft agents' time. 28 hours total and counting, and still no way close to a resolution. Looks like with a good 40 hours, an entire work week, we
    MIGHT have the issue fixed. What does it take to get some actual help? I have talked to 10 different Microsoft and XB agents to try and resolve my license key I paid $100 for. I paid $100 for early access, I played for a day, got dozens of crashes (of course
    I have the latest gpu driver), and always crashed when the game has you choose a new free car for a race, so I do not have those cars that the game is designed to give you (even in the standard edition) to progress. They are not in the garage either. Seriously,
    I feel stupid saying this, but, is it required to take legal action to get what you pay for these days? I mean, isn't 14 hours and 10 different support agents absolutely asinine? This has been the biggest fail of a release I have ever witnessed.

    One agent confirmed my license key was activated on my account, then "Revoked" a day later. WTF? Nobody has a clue why it was "Revoked". It's like working with a bunch of people that promise to solve the problem (they are all very kind) but NOBODY can resolve
    our issues. Seriously, 10 different people? This is approaching Comcast like customer service. Own up to your complete FAIL of a release and simply give me a new license key!! Is it that hard!? $100+ for a game that requires me to take 14 hours of my own precious
    time and 14 hours of the support agents you are paying.

    Microsoft, you have now paid your associates more $ in wages than what it would cost to give me a new freaking Ultimate edition license.

    UPDATE: I purchased a second Ultimate license key for another $100 after my first license was refunded. Wait for it.. This one WORKS! But.. wait for it... It's for the STANDARD edition, not the Ultimate edition that I paid for! I'm sorry, but at this point
    I have lost all faith in Microsoft, Playground Games, and Turn 10 Studios.

    I'm posting this again as my issue has not been resolved. I have spoke with multiple reps including Xbox one, windows 10, promotions, technical support and everyone keeps passing me around or telling me there's nothing they can do. I have spent over 10 hours
    with support and am getting no where.

    The windows 10 code I received does not work. One rep I spoke to told me that it was already redeemed to my account, but when I attempt to get it through the store, it tells me to purchase it.

    I am very upset that I spent over an hour last night fighting the xbox while on the phone with support to get my Halo 4 to work and now I am having the same issues today. Only difference
    is I have spent 2 hours on my own tonight. I see that there are other people having the same issues so when are we looking at getting this resolved.

    Based on my own experience: unfortunately not. Had in 2018 also issues with time tracking. Played and completed Gears 4. Storyline is like 8 hours or so. Time counted is still stucked on 2 hours.

    I also got scammed, I have talked to 10 different Microsoft and XB agents to try and resolve my license key I paid $100 for. This has been the biggest fail of a release I have ever witnessed. I can personally guarantee I will never purchase a game by Microsoft
