    I'm having the exact same issue I've reset my Xbox One. I've fully unplugged it waited for power to turn off from brick then restarted and still the same results. I'm assuming this is from a Xbox One update as this recently just started to appear and I haven't
    had this issue happen before and I haven't changed anything television related.

    I'm glad I found a recent post because all post are back in 2014 for this issue. I'm following in hopes someone can shed some light on this issue.
