Discus and support I have run into a problem that randomly started happening. in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I try to load Age of Empires IV and it will start to load then it says "Current Windows Store account does not own this Age of Empires IV product....     I have run into a problem that randomly started happening.


    I try to load Age of Empires IV and it will start to load then it says "Current Windows Store account does not own this Age of Empires IV product. Switch Windows Store accounts and try again." But the thing is all my emails match and with my specific email it has the game pass and I am confused.

    Xbox series X keeps disconnecting from wifi when i power it off.

    I have the same exact problem - just started randomly happening about 3 months ago. Randomly when I power my Series X off it will disconnect from the known router address and I have to keep setting up a network over and over upon launching it the next time. Then it will be fine for a few weeks and out of the blue rinse and repeat.

    Just a random story to add to this thread, (disconnect related) but I have had zero disconnect problems, until I started playing splitscreen on Forza 5. Once I have 2 controllers running, my Day One controller would randomly disconnect mid-race. It was just
    a hiccup as I was instantly able to hit A and resume, but it was occurring. It has not happened with my Day One controller once while its the only controller on.

    I'm with you it started happening to me as well. Do you have a external had drive attached? That's when i started running into this problem.
