Discus and support I have requested to get a refund and have not received it in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; I have requested to get a refund and it was approved but I have not received a confirmation email about my approved refund please help...     If you requested the refund on January 4th, and the refund request was approved on the same day, it has indeed been 6 business days so far. However, as I mentioned before, banks may sometimes take longer to process a refund. I recommend waiting at least until Monday or Tuesday of the following week, as you will likely receive the refund soon.

    It's also important to note that recently some users have reported difficulties with refunds. Xbox recently posted an announcement on the Support website mentioning delays in refunds. Although the announcement has been removed, it's likely that the issue has been resolved. Don't worry, as I mentioned earlier, you should receive the refund soon; just please be patient.

    Please note that in this public community forum, we are just players like you trying to assist and guide other players. This means we don't have access to other accounts or access to refund information of other users.

    Yes hello thank you for you’re response . I do have to add I requested the refund on Thursday , January 4th and it have been six non- business days since then and still no refund if you have any insight on this please let me know thank you

    Don't worry, if the refund shows as approved, it doesn't matter if you haven't received an email, it means you will get your money back.

    Please take in mind that the time it takes for refunds to be reflected in your bank account after the refund is approved is generally between 3 to 5 business days (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are non-business days). This time may vary depending on each bank, some of them may take longer to process the refund money and others may process them faster.
