    I have requested for a game return/refund. Its been 4 months since i have requested the refund still its under review and no updates on it. I didnt played that game and its pre order game, if the didnt refund the game that means i have lost all these months pre order benefits. Please help me with this.

    Using the request a refund form it is possible to get a refund when you play over 2 hours I did recently with Black Ops 4.

    Im guessing the reason you have been refused would be due to you having another refund within the last 12 months

    Hello Big, if you have requested a refund for the game and it has been approved by Microsoft, unfortunately there is no way to cancel the refund request.

    In this case you will have to wait for the value of the game to return to your account and then you can buy it again.
