I'm sorry to hear your refund has been denied, actually you can appeal the decision by replying to the email sent from the refund department.

Once you do it, they can reconsider the decision if the purchase is eligible.

I have done:

1. Request a refund - denied because of some digital purchase [mod removed]

2. Request a refund with the second order number - denied because of refund limit

3. Answered back on those "refund denial" mail, nobody answering
