I have requested a refund around Thanksgiving

Discus and support I have requested a refund around Thanksgiving in XboX Insiders to solve the problem; To this day, I still haven't gotten the money back, and it doesn't even show up on my "Returns/ refunds" tab.     Thank you for reaching Microsoft Xbox Forum support. I am sorry to know about the double charge, it must have been just a glitch on the system but that's okay because I can help you request a refund for the other accidental purchase.

    To request a refund on the game, please access http://xbox.com/refunds and sign in with the account and then select "Request a refund for a digital purchase" after that,
    manually check the orders for purchase and Choose the reason the most suitable for your request.

    The refund department takes up to 72 hours to respond and the money takes three to 5 business days to go back to the account. I wish you an early lovely Thanksgiving, and I hope this helps you out!

    You have to be patient. Usually a refund will take around 72 hours to be handled as they receive a lot of refund requests daily. You should get in email in the next 72 hours giving the update about your refund request.

    The patch promises to fix this issue, so I've put AC3 on hold till it's out. Supposed to be this week sometime I think, info says around thanksgiving, but I'm Canadian and we had thanksgiving a month ago, so I'm not sure when exactly that is.
