However, I suggest checking your email associated with the account where you requested a refund and see if there is an email regarding your refund request. Please double-check all of your folders including your junk or spam folder. In that email, I recommend replying to them regarding your case. You will speak directly to the team and assist you further with your case.

Please note that if it says approved/refunded on your request status does not mean the refunded amount will reflect immediately. It will take days before it will be reflected in your card balance since it depends on your bank when it will be completely transferred.
