I have reported someone for racism hate speech, but they didn't get banned I have evidence?...

I had a guy today tell me to "HYS" many times, like he spammed the same message of just "hys" about 30 times and i said "trash know your suspension" and i got banned for it but he doesn't? This is why I'm switching to PC because this xbox enforcement is ridiculous, also HYS stands for hang your.... pretty sure you can take a guess at what but this happens every time for me, i respond with something thats not even that bad and I'm suspended like put a blocker in the messages so people can't send inappropriate words

The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions/bans. Since you reported them, you've already contacted who you need to contact. Just because they haven't been suspended yet, doesn't mean they won't be.

It was in the game not a Direct Message from Xbox account to Xbox. Rockstar never seems to do anything about it but if you say so.

This just means all the hate messages I get aren't considered "evidence". What are they exactly looking for because in my case the offended party wasn't innocent by any means either. Is it okay to offend someone as long as you dont use a slur or cuss? Im
confused. Plenty of people have been reported by me and plenty have gotten off clean.

Well my suspension was instant, so sorry if I don't fully grasp your instant comment. As far as what I've taken from this experience is that anyone with a large enough friends list with people they are in contact with outside of xbox, can share a gt a get
someone perma banned. And I did mention blocking in my comment. What I was getting at was freedom of speech, hence why I report actions eg. sabotage gameplay, afk players waiting for rewards etc etc. If someone uses profanity or racism toward me, I have big
enough shoulders and a good understanding of who I am to not take offence, trolls will be trolls, reporting someone on words that offended you is soft in my eyes, considering todays online society. I am open to discussion on this, but freedom of speech is
freedom of speech.
