I have reported an incredibly offensive gamertag, but nothing has been done. Why?

Came across a disgusting gamertag last week. Its pedophillic, and obviously intentional and for a community that has loads of kids in it, it should not be seen. I reported it last week when i saw it, and thought it would immediately be removed.

However, i came across the same gamertag last night, i reported it again and contacted live chat to get my point across. They said there is nothing they can do, i just have to report it through their profile. Well thats obviously not working, so what now?

As long as you reported it action will be taken if its what you say it is. Sometimes these things take time. The enforcement team likely receives hundreds or even thousands of reports per day so it can sometimes take a little time.

Iv not responded in an offensive way, iv reported and even translated the word within the report and xbox has done nothing. Obviously xbox allows offensive slurs towards homosexuals

The message i received and reported has a Spanish word in it that is offensive towards homosexuals. Xbox has done nothing about it, the player is still messaging me

I met someone with an offensive Gamertag but i filed a report on it and nothing happened.

i already filed a complaint and the gamertag is offense nuthing has been done to force name change him .....
