I have redeemed a game code, but i can't download it

The game i redeemed is UFC 5, I can see it in the library of the xbox app but can not download it. I have checked if i did it on the right account, and at first i had to wait for more than 3 hours for the game to even appear in the library. When i checked the microsoft store it showed up there but i still could not download anything. The only thing it tells me to do is to get the ultimate subscription.

That's sad to hear. I will have to hope the game gets brought to pc.

i redeemed an xbox gift code on microsoft, i redeemed it sucessfully but it wouldn't download.

I have tried to fix the problem but made it worse as now i can't see it download and i can't find it on my PC anymore. I tried to redeem it again and it wont let me.

What is the game? Also was the code for the Xbox or PC version of the game. Asking because redeeming a code for the Xbox version of a game wont necessarily give you the PC version unless the game is a play anywhere title.

Did you bought directly from Microsoft or any third party store, like an online shop or a physically retail store?
