I have redeemed a code online but I can't see the install the game on my xbox

Please check it from your account order history on https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/ and if you see it there, click on the game there to bring you to the store page. Please provide me the game link here from the store.

I can see the message with the promo code. If I choose the 'redeem code' option, it says that it has already been redeemed.

I however can't see the actual content under the 'Manage Game' menu - it hasn't been installed, and i can't install it (because I can't see it anywhere in the manage game menu or the xbox store).

It was a redemption code for a specific code, and I see that I have redeemed it on my microsoft account, but I can't redeem it on my xbox, I can't find it there either?

Hi, if I'm not mistaken you'll need to uninstall the current games with gold version and then redeem the code. If you already have a game installed you can't usually then redeem a code for the game as the system sees you have the game installed already.

I have pre ordered the game off of amazon and have already redeemed my code on the call of duty website. I then redeemed the code which the website provided on the xbox store. After redeeming the code i searched the game on the xbox store to try and install
it, and it then said that i own the game however there is no option to install it. The game is also not in my ready to install list
