i have recently been perm band and i was wondering if anyone from the xbox enforcement team whould reply to my appeal im very sad and mad at the same time cause i just brought the new cod and now i cant play with my friends please unban me cause now i have wasted my money

You will need to wait for them to reply to your case review. I don't know how long this will take as we have no insight into Xbox Enforcement actions. As it is Christmas holidays, it may take longer for them to review your case appeal. In addition, the Enforcement team don't look at these forums, so they won't see this message.

Hey thanks with the reply Nathan thats fine better then not having your 360 account but there is still one issue i dont have my XBL gold anymore so i cant use other accounts since the one thats perm band had my games/suppressions. skills2442

Nope that console bans weren't the same thing as Perm band try again

As long as you try to recover a baned gamertag it will never complete as per the terms of use

Incomplete downloads can lead to corruption

You can only inquire about perm bans in the account suspension forums They are not up for debate

You should be able to find the reason for the suspension on the
Xbox Enforcement web site and if eligible you will be able to request a case review from here as well.
