i have received any credits for the past year or longer?!

hello rewards support i have got a problem with my Xbox live rewards i have had my rewards since 11/11/13 and the last time i received credits was like 2 years ago and since then i have brought 19 full games off the Xbox live store loads of add on and loads
of films etc and i still haven't been rewarded any credits please fix this asap

Getting credit where credit is due

it was brought to my attention recently that for my achievements I should be receiving gems. I have looked and never for any achievements have I received any gems or any perk. Also for any purchase that I have made in the past I have never received any credit
for that as well. I have been a long time member and tried to follow, but what am I missing? Please help...

I have not received any rewards credits for 1 year

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of
the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. Since you were a zero star member, you did not
get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

Since you earned your first star in June, you will start receiving payback for your MyVIP eligible, non-offer purchases. MyVIP payback is calculated as a monthly whole and placed as pending midway through the following month, as stated in our FAQ:

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

Well I must have done this over the past 2 years and you get points when renewing your gold subscription and purchasing games from the store and I haven't received any from this for the past 2 years...

As of 2014 we are no longer rewarded for earning achievements unless there is a specific promotion running to earn achievements.

There were no offers before 2014 to receive credits for achievements either. They just started this past year.
