I have received an invalid promo code for trading in my 360. Help!

I went to the Microsoft Store online trade in page (http://www.microsoftstore.com/store/msusa/html/pbPage.XboxTradeinOffer?icid=XboxUber_ModC1_TradeIn),
filled out the trade in forms here (http://microsoftconsoletrade.cexchange.com/online/home/index.rails), and received 1) an email order confirmation and 2) another
email with the $100 coupon code. Both the e-mails are *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** which I guess is a Microsoft partner that processes the trade ins. I mailed in my Xbox 360 via the pre-paid FedEx label and it has already arrived at the destination.

I've tried the promo code on literally every single Xbox One console available in the Microsoft Store and it always shows up as "invalid promo code". I've called Microsoft Store support at least 5x now. Everytime I call them, they tell me they will have
a superivsor call me back the next day after looking into the issue. They have not returned a single phone call at this point.

I also tried Xbox customer support chat twice; both times I was told to contact the Microsoft Store.

I e-mailed *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** and regardless of what I write in my e-mail, they just tell me to contact Microsoft directly.

Basically whichever MIcrosoft support department I contact, they just say they are not responsible and to call a different department. Is there anything I can do about this or did I just lose my Xbox 360? Any help would be greatly appreciated, as I'm pretty
much out of options at this point; thanks.

Invalid Trade-In Promo Code

Hello, I was told to make a new thread so here it is.

I received a Trade In Promo Code and tried to use it during the free game promotion. It apparently wasn't eligible to be used during that promo. Now if I try to use the promo code I received, it says invalid promo code. I have tried both MS Store support
and the MS Partner CExchange and neither have been able to help. I have noticed others on this forum have had the same issue. Can anyone help me either reinstate my code or issue me a new one? At this point with the redemption deadline fast approaching there
is a very real possibility of trading in my xbox 360 and getting nothing in return.

Missing Xbox One Upgrade Promo Code

Received an offer for a $100 promo credit on my 360 dashboard, bought an Xbox One and activated it before 11:59pm on July 31st, but have not received my promo code message. Please help.

I saw that this was posted by someone earlier, so I pretty much just copied and pasted what he had said. I am having the exact same issue and have called Microsoft numerous times.

 

Sorry to hear that you're having this issue. Unfortunately there's nothing anyone here can do to help out with this. You'll have to continue dealing either with the trading partner or the Microsoft Store in order to sort this out.

Maybe I can suggest printing out the email and taking it to a local Microsoft Store with you (if it's possible) to show them what's going on.

 

They received my Xbox 360 back on Sept 12th and I still haven't been able to use the coupon code that they emailed me. I'm so disappointed that Cexchange nor Microsoft have been able to help. I shouldn't have sent in my perfectly working Xbox 360... Any

I turned my 360 in and received the promo code. Be aware that the code you received from CExchange will not work if the Xbox One console has a promotion on it. For example, all One's have promotion on them right now - Ultimate Fantasy Football National
Sweepstakes Code (deemed a $10 promo). You cannot put two promotions on a product. You will have to wait until the current promotion is done before using your trade-in promo code. Nobody at MS store seems to know when the promotion will end but according
to promotion rules (legendsoffantasysweeps.com/Rules), the Quarter #2 promotion is only for October. It would make sense that promotion would end Oct 31. You may want to try again in
Nov. The other option I am trying now is to ask CExchange if they can flip my code into a bricks n' morter MS Store code so I can use in person. I'm not banking on this option but one of the store reps told me to try this. I am in the same boat as some
here. I have a code I cannot use now and the code expires at some point.

 

Chat with Microsoft Store customer support (calling didn't resolve it). They escalated it to a different dept and they provided a new promo code in 3 business days. The promo code works on all the Xbox One systems and promotional bundles as well.
