I have received a 366 day ban on 5 strikes. How is this possible?

I am also confused as to which part of my message I was suspended for as I never made a threat to third persons life or used any foul or abusive words/phrases. I have looked through everything, all the codes of conduct and spent hours trying to figure this out. I have tried everything, the support section sends me straight to an automated chat bot which obviously will not understand what I’m saying and whenever I try to contact somebody they immediately tell me to submit a case review which I have already done. This was denied almost immediately with no justification as to why, it feels as if it was just ignored. Also, I have looked through every FAQ and been on almost every website possible to find out if it is possible to get a 366 day ban on 5 strikes and almost every answer said the maximum was 14 days for 5 strikes and 22 days for 6 strikes. Is anybody able to help me as this seems to be a one way path to being mistreated.

You only get 1 chance to appeal. If they denied it, there is nothing else that can be done.

I’m afraid not. I got the notification saying “Xbox could not take action on your report” about 30 seconds before I had been suspended

I understand that, but people can go round saying that they are going to end my bloodline and that’s not a punishable offence. Something just doesn’t seem right

Also, using euphemisms, emojis etc to say something against the rules will not protect you, for future reference.
