    I have purchased the Gears of War bundle but there is no download code on the card in the box.


    Last thanksgiving I bought the Gears of War bundle and just like the subject says, there is no full game download code on the card came with the bundle. I have talked to the online representative and provide them my order record. It has been almost 3 weeks
    and I still did not get a proper response from them. What should I do?

    Assassin's Creed bundle... where are the games?

    I realize the Assassin's Creed bundle comes with a digital download of the games, but can't seem to find where to download them... there was no card with a code in the box.. is it preloaded on the console somewhere already?

    I have the Gears of War bundle - I was able to download Gear of War 1, but not 2 through 4

    I purchased my Xbox Gears of War bundle in October 2015. I have downloaded Gears of War 1, but havent received codes/downloads for Gears of War 2 - 4

    Really sorry to hear that the code wasn't included. Unfortunately we don't have any codes to provide here for bundles. I recommend reaching out to the retailer you purchased from, they'll be able to best help out.

    Hi Mister Maka,

    The thing is that I purchased it online and there is no microsoft store that is near my place and that is also the initial reason why I get this online. So right now really put me in an awkward position that I cannot play the game which urges me to get a
    console. Quite Disappointed.

    Are you sure that the link was for the gears of war download. Check the outside packaging of the console. Depending where it was purchased from, the codes can be on a label stuck to the box.

    Haven't heard of a web link to download and install a bundled game before.

    Just to clarify, did you not receive the code for the Gears of War 4 beta or for Gears of War: Ultimate Edition? If you did not receive a code for Gears of War: Ultimate Edition in the bundle box, you will need to reach out to the original purchase retailer
    for further assistance. If you are referring to the Gears of War beta, those codes have not been sent out yet. Thanks in advance!
