    I have purchased Gears of War 4 but still havent received codes for previous games.


    I have purchased gears of war 4 from the Xbox marketplace and it said in the description that it comes with all the previous games and i would be sent the codes. After contacting Xbox support on countless occasions i have just been told to wait until the
    codes are sent to me. I getting quite frustrated that i have to wait so long to have a simple code sent to me.

    Can someone please help me if there has been an error and that is why i haven't received my codes or can someone tell me whats going on?

    I have the Gears of War bundle - I was able to download Gear of War 1, but not 2 through 4

    I purchased my Xbox Gears of War bundle in October 2015. I have downloaded Gears of War 1, but havent received codes/downloads for Gears of War 2 - 4

    Codes are sent out within 30 days from the date of purchase. Be sure to keep an eye out on your Xbox Live messages for communication I have purchased Gears of War 4 but still havent received codes for previous games. :)

    If you don't receive your codes within 30 days please create a new thread and let us know.

    By purchasing Gears of War 4 you are eligible to receive codes for the previous Gears of War titles, the season pass is a separate purchase for this. In the future please make sure not to post your codes here on the forums, as this is a public place and anyone
    would be able to redeem your posted codes.

    Here it is almost January, and I STILL have not received my codes....

    Purchased Gears of war 4 54 times, as a Game lounge, Back during the Black Friday Sale.

    Codes for the previous Gears of War titles are being sent out in waves to people who have purchased Gears of War 4. You should receive them within 1 month.

    See the following page, with some text further down stating:

    "Tokens for download will be sent in waves through Xbox Live in-dash message system within one month of redemption."

    You received a disc copy of Gears of War 4? If so, the codes should be located in the case if the bundle you purchased was specially marked. In order to receive the Gears of War 4 codes over Xbox Live, you would need to redeem a digital code for Gears of
    War 4, or would have had to purchase digitally through the Xbox Store. If you did redeem a Gears of War 4 code for the
    digital version, then Smwutches is correct that you will receive the codes within 30 days of the code redemption date.

    Please let us know if it is not digital so we can further narrow this down!
