I have purchased Apex Coins on my Xbox three times but never received the content! Is it...

I bought 1000 apex coins, I have now restarted my apex and xbox multiple times and have not received the coins, How can I contact xbox and get my coins or get my money back (I have hit refund limit)

Sometimes I have to close the game and restart the game to receive the Apex coins. That would usually fix the delay but if you did purchase, you'll receive your Apex coins.

Thanks for your response. This happens with the Apex Legends game only. The first time I did not receive the coins, I requested a refund, which I received. The second time it occurred, I spoke with an Xbox Gamer who suggested I reset my Xbox using the "keep my games an apps" options. I did this, but it did not resolve the problem. I requested a second refund, which was denied because the request occurred too close in time to my previous request for a refund. I then did not make any coin purchases in Apex Legends for about 6 months. This is my third attempt to purchase coins, without actually receiving them. This problem does not occur with other games, just Apex Legends.

This same thing is happening to me. But the game was Apex Legends. I bought a $20 pack of apex coins and didn’t receive the coins. Though the purchase was in my billing history. Even if I wanted to refund it I can’t, I’m out of refunds. This is happening on Xbox.

Virtual currency like Apex coins are not digital items available to purchase as a gift. Only items in the store that has the option "Buy as gift" are available to be gifted. Apex coins on the Microsoft Store does not have the Buy as gift option:

Also, the person receiving the gift would be the one to receive the code through email and Xbox Live message. The one making the purchase can see the code in the order details found in the account's order history, but the one making the purchase would not
receive an email with the code. You would just view it from the
order history.

Apex coins can only be used for the account making the purchase as the coins are deposited by the publisher's servers directly into your in-game balance almost immediately. More than likely, the Apex coins you purchased were deposited into the Xbox Live
account that made the purchase.
