When you set up your Laptop after purchasing it, which account did you use?

Did you create a new account?

If you already have a gamertag? Sign into the Xbox app with the same Microsoft account you use on your Xbox. That way, your game history, friends, achievements, and activity will be waiting for you in the Xbox app.

What's a gamertag? (microsoft.com)

All you have to do is to make sure that the account sign in from the new laptop is the same with the account used with your old laptop.

Once we receive your answers to the questions above, we may suggest additional troubleshooting measures.

I purchased it on my old laptop, and just upgraded to a new laptop. I am definitely using the same account, as all of my old progress has been saved. I have an email confirmation and order number for my purchase, but am not sure if I should share that here.

I want the maps and modes,i dont understand the dog tag thing?

I now have the Premium Solitaire Collection (I did not want Premium, I want the standard) and it sucks. It can not connect to internet to play daily challenges. Why does Microsoft jam changes down our throats?
