I have purchased a bunch of game recently but it does not reflect that on my account

Discus and support I have purchased a bunch of game recently but it does not reflect that on my account in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; At this point I'm not sure if I have been credited at all for any of my purchases recently, I have been one star forever.     At this point I'm not sure if I have been credited at all for any of my purchases recently, I have been one star forever. Do preorders count right away or until launch?

    Content purchase not recognized

    I recently purchased some content from the Xbox store and it doesn't reflect on my live rewards account ... I also placed an order for a new console does that purchase count towards my live rewards as well?

    Not Earning any Reward after signing up and making purchases

    So just got an Xbox One. Clicked around everything possible and joined as much as I can see. participated in the Rewards program and after 2 days it got all setup. I recently purchased a game and addons. my rewards account does not reflect any of this. is
    there a lag time in which it gets posted?

    Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from?

    The program only counts purchases when they are made. So if you preorder a game it has to be eligible for a specific offer at the time that you make the preorder, not when it launches.

    You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/     .

    2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
    back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of
    the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress
    at (Xbox Live Rewards).

    Since your recent purchases have been either consumables or pre-orders, only your purchase on the 15th has gone toward MyVIP. Your other recent pre-orders on the January and February 17th went towards the Games on Demand offer. That offer requires three
    eligible pre-orders to complete.

    Please check the order history from all of your Microsoft accounts. It could be that the purchase is reflected under a different account. Does the Minecraft website say you already purchased the game or is it asking you to purchase it again? If Minecraft is saying that you already purchased the game and it does not reflect on any of your Microsoft accounts, you may need to get in touch with Mojang support using this link.

    Purchased a game from the microsoft store, but the store does not reflect that I have purchased that game.

    Hi ThaboMatlala, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    Please make sure that the transaction was purchased on the correct account which is by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders. Once you were able to see the order stated as "completed" please perform a powercycle on your console then check again on your games and apps to download the game.
