    I have problems with my favorite game


    My favorite game is Roblox. However, I haven't been able to play it on my PC. The problem is that my home's internet connection is totally normal, can use other devices to play it, but not my computer. I don't know what caused this, but it happened totally unexpected. Now I have tried several online guides but they do not work, I can not follow some instructions that is related to administration PIN on my PC since I do not know the PIN (my father set it). Can anyone help me identify the error and provide solutions please?



    Issues:



    +Roblox app (from Microsoft Store): Keeps and idle loading screen (then close after sometimes).

    +Roblox installer: Refuse to open even after several tries

    +Roblox Player (download from web a long time ago): Can be opened, however can not join any game and shows an error code 279 (connection error)

    Once of the most effective way to fix system errors on your PC is to make sure that you have the latest important updates installed. Please check if you have pending Windows update:

    1. Right-click the Start menu.

    2. Select Settings.

    3. In the Windows Update window, select the Check for updates button.

    After the update, try running Roblox Again.
