    I have problems getting youtube to show me content at 4k


    I have problems getting youtube to show me content at 4k, the maximum resolution that it leaves me is 1440p and I already did all the advice on the support page on xbox and nothing worked, I have an xbox one s and I have also noticed that on netflix it does not it gives the maximum resolution in comparison when I use the TV app, I have a nanocell lg sm9000 and I have the whole list in green of allowed

    I totally understand that you are having issues with the console. No worries, I have here the link to request a service for your console, make sure to register it first:

    https://account.microsoft.com/devices

    Once registered, click show details then Start a service online.
