I have problem with public servers.

hello, two hours ago I bought minecraft on the official website. launched into the game, and then tried to enter the server, which requires a license to enter, but when entering the game gives an error "authentication servers are temporarily disabled for maintenance". all these two hours I have been looking on the Internet for how to solve this, but no one of the ways doesn't work. How to fix it? I also contacted support, but there was nothing about this error at all.

it could be that you have a Problem with DNS Servers. In Network Settings you can test public DNS Servers of open DNS or google DNS.

Google Public DNS IP addresses

The Google Public DNS IP addresses (IPv4) are as follows:

8.8.8.8

8.8.4.4

The Google Public DNS IPv6 addresses are as follows:

2001:4860:4860::8888

2001:4860:4860::8844

Oops, I thought above solved the problem. However, when I went back to my son's Minecraft later, I was still able to see a list of public servers for him to access. So having friends and multiplayer allowed does give access to public servers. Please
show me a solution to this. Thank you!

I have problems with my skins when I equip a skin they load in the world's like survival but in public servers they dont load.

if its a public beta, yeah you're gonna have problems. as with any beta, server testing is also included with it. and if a lot of people are in this beta with you...multiply the problem by however many people are in it
