    if you have an external hard drive, turn off your console then disconnect it, turn on your console without it, and see if the console updates properly.

    Is it possible that there's a problem with the update if I download it later it may resolve?

    I reset my xbox 2-3 time and then tried updating but it's not working I have also checked my hard disk health it's 100%

    I don't know what's the real problem is.
