    hi Microsoft ever since the new update which brought beam I have recently seen all my friends broadcasting. Because this I thought I should broadcast for my YouTube channel but every time I clicked the button to broadcast it would be fine but then it always
    said something went wrong try again later. I have tried it over 50 times for the past 25 hours and it still doesn't work if you don't get this fixed for me I will be really annoyed thanks.

    If you purchased a game used and the code included was used I'm afraid there's nothing we can do for you. You may want to reach out to the retailer for assistance with that.

    Hi there,

    gifting is only possible within the same region.

    So you are not able to gift something to somebody from a different region/country (This is also mentioned when you are purchasing the gift)

    The only thing you can do is contact Xbox Support and arrange a refund for the item you tried to give to your friend in Colombia.
