    Hello people ! I have a problem that can not be resolved for days already.

    I bought a xbox (used) and when I turned it on it was an active profile (EbenenJuwel5254) that email addresses from the same profile: *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***.

    After a couple of months more specifically for Christmas, I appeared on the screen "whether you want xbox live for 1 euro the first month and every next month 8 euros. When I clicked it was written that I needed a credit card to buy, and then I called the girl
    and I did not buy a xbox new from the store I did not have a radio profile That friend I bought xbox forgot the password of that profile (which was not asked for when I bought it) and I was is now searching for the termination of the same.

    If I can ask you to see that you are a big company, that now a girl does not have to change the card and the bank, we would ask you to deactivate the same service.

    You have been allowed to include a password (click-through) question via the xbox console, now when you want to deactivate the same service you are looking for a password I do not know or the real owner of xbox.

    I have spent money on gears packs and have not gotten any percent back from xbox rewards, I have also spent money during sales before the new year when xbox had sale, I was level 2 or 3 I can't reallt remember but they deposited mycredits after they reset
    my rank and only got 2 percent back, I am very **** off right now I cant post my history

    From our FAQ:

    What content on the Xbox Store is eligible for MyVIP?

    Normally, most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify, including full Games on Demand titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes, movies, TV shows, TV seasons,
    themes and avatar items. In-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points or Xbox Gift Cards, still do not qualify.

    Therefore your Gears of War consumable purchases did not qualify for any MyVIP payback. Additionally, from our FAQ:

    When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

    The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
    terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
    MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

    We have not yet calculated last month's MyVIP, so it would have been to early to see the Credits pending for those purchases, even if they had been eligible. This is why you have not yet received payback for your Call of Duty Black Ops purchases; those calculations
    have not been run yet.

    If by "gears packs" you mean buying the card packs for unlockables, then those are not rewarded under MyVip rules. The items that do not qualify for MyVip are pre-orders, in-game consumables (gears packs), and subscription purchases.

    A staff member will review your account just to make sure there are no other issues. They work Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and typically take 1-2 business days to reply. They do not work on weekends.

    Try doing a hard power fail reset on your network equipment (modem and router unplug each for 15 - 20 seconds) and on the XBOX console too. On the XBOX perform the hard reset as follows. Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the
    power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console. Once it is back up and operational test for results.
