xbox one backwards compatible not working

i tired to everything even delete all games install again

but noting change we have profile problem

i tired to dns ip ..... still same

i buy to red dead redem..... but i cant play game not save or not see my accunt

Getting Code:80048821 when logging in

My xbox live is doing it again yesterday I out the new password in and it worked till I signed out then had the same problame and today its doin it again same error code...same issue please starting to be frustrateing...thank you

if you got those games with the game pass yes. you need to pay the game pass to keep playing those games.

Like in all subscriptions, not only gamepass, but games with gold or EA Access, you need to have to have the subscription activated to continue playing the game.

Deux X (think that its name) iv still havent played it. i completed it on my other halfs accunt and need to do it on mine but cant bare to play it. it just bores me but bugs me that i haven completed it on my account

davemcfly85 u didnt understand its a new xbox i paid for and the problame isnt the 3 accounts trials its about downloading the new dashboard and go online and to play.

and its not letting me download the new dashboard at all just given me an status error ; /
