I have preordered Black Ops Cold War but it is asking me to buy again

I just reset my xbox and reinstalled CoD Cold War and it’s still asking me to buy the game i had preorderd the ultimate edition when the game was on preorder and have played since day 1 of Cold War and this has never happend till yesterday

I preordered black ops cold war and it worked for like a month. Then when i went in it said i had to pay again. I tried everything but nothing worked. Please fix this i am not gonna pay another $60

I own the digital game of black iops cold war. it was working fine about an hour ago and now all the sudden it will not load. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled. Still not loading. It goes

back to my

home screen.

Maybe you have the Xbox One version of COD Cold War and you see that message because the Xbox One version cannot be upgraded to Xbox Series X. You can find more informations about COD Cold War editions here:

I highly recommend following the troubleshooting steps here:

After each step try to see if the issue is fixed!

First, please select System > Settings > account > remove accounts and then select your account and select Remove to confirm.

Then, hold down the power button for about 10 seconds, until the console shuts off, then unplug the power cord and wait for 2 to 3 minutes before plugging it back in and turn on the Xbox.

If the issue persists, please select System > Settings > devices and streaming > blue ray > persistent storage > clear three times > restart console.

If the issue persists, please try to check you games in the order games history in this following website : Microsoft account | Home

If you are still encountering the same issue, please select System > Settings > System > Console info > Select Reset console > Choose Reset and keep my games and apps.

Thank you, the last thing you listed(Resetting the console) fixed it! I appreciate the help!

Edit: I have found that once I exit the game and try to start it back up it then ask me to purchase the game again. Although it worked initially, if I reset the console again it ask me to purchase still.
