I pre ordered EA FC 24 ultimate edition on September 21st from the Xbox store and downloaded it on September 22nd.

When I opened my ultimate team, I haven't got any of the ultimate edition bonuses, except the 7 days early access.

an EA advisor told me to reach out to Xbox support.

Yes, that is normal! When you buy Ultimate Edition you are basically buying the game Standard Edition + all the Ultimate content, that is why it appears as Standard, because the " Ultimate " is the content that comes with it.
